ABOUT THE TRAIL
The Southern Boudin Trail is also a resource for cultural tourists who would like to hit the road in search of authentic and unique culinary experiences. We hope you will use the Boudin Trail as your guide.

Ongoing support for our boudin oral histories comes from TABASCO. A special grant from Butterfield & Robinson Global Heritage Fund catalyzed additional interviews in 2009.
